uart read not working

i'm using event based uart for read and write and serial for logging (esp32c6 chip) on boot uart read not working on restart the esp it works fine with serial logs . tried disabling the serial logs everything works fine. i want to know why the uart read not work(i.e uart write works) when i enable the logs for very first time . using esp-idf 5.3.0
