esp32 wifi shuts down at random

i have an esp32 at softAP mode, which has a tcp server streaming data to a client.
i've noticed that at certain channels sometime after re-connetion the esp wifi just shutdown for no reason
there's nothing in the logs, but esp32 keeps working, there's no crash.
ping can alos vary dramatically at certain times jumpgin to 40-50 ms
i've tried setting logs to fully verbose but i still see no reason for it to happen.
