ESP32 Security - Scalable ?

Hi All,
I have a query regarding ESP32 security : I am clear that there is good support for Secure boot and Flash encryption.
Hardware efuses are provided to make keys inaccessible to outside world. However i wanted to know if I need to scale these features to say 50 or 100 devices. In that case Do I need to generate a new *.pem and compile/build bootloader, app and partition table for every embedded device separately. Is there a mechanism to do this instead generating a bin for every esp32 embedded device.
Thanks
Abhiram
