can we use pulse counting module(PCNT) with deep sleep?

PCNT like all other APB peripherals are powered down in deep sleep. If the frequency of the input signal is low enough, you may be able to do pulse counting using the ULP coprocessor. There is an example of this approach here: https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/tr ... system/ulp
