Multiple copies of ESP-IDF framework

I have multiple copies of the framework on Windows 10 computer. One for Mingw32, one for VisualGDB, and one for platformio, and of course the Arduino environment. For some reason, the blink program stopped working. I mean I can compile and upload it to Arduino wroom 32 feather board. But the pin 13 LED does not blink. I even tried using another pin with an LED. Doesn't work. This happened sometime yesterday after reinstalling the command line tools. Up until this point, it was working fine. And the thing is, it does this using all the environments. Any one have any ideas about this?
