Arduino esp32 support

When I install the ESP32 cards with Arduino from the address mentioned below, only 2.0.10 and above versions of ESP32 appear, but the 2.0.8 version I need is the one that I need. Can anyone help me with how to do this?

Cant't you go to Tools / Manage Libraries in the Arduino IDE and pick the version that you want there?

its not a library, its a framework. and no, arduino IDE currently lists 3.10 &3.11 as framework options.
