How to change compilation flags for managed components.

I am trying to use latest espressif/esp-dsp with latest idf, but can't compile because of warning.

I tried

idf_build_set_property(COMPILE_OPTIONS "-Wno-error" APPEND)

but it does not seem to affect the dsp component.
