Creating a new ESP-IDF project using v4.4.2 with VSC. Compiled fine. I used the command palette ( Ctrl+Shift+P) and selected
" ESP-IDF: Add Arduino ESP32 as ESP-IDF Component "
I get a popup in the lower right corner. But it just hangs there. Left it alone for over 10 minutes and nothing happens.
