Any DevKits available for ESP32-S3-WROOM-2-N32R16V?

I have a project planned which will require approximately 100-200 of that board. I specifically need the 32MB Octal FLASH and 16MB Octal PSRAM. I have searched as much as I can and have not found any DevKits, is there one that I'm missing?

I'm also willing to settle for one with 16MB Octal FLASH and 16MB Octal PSRAM or (even better, actually) 32MB Octal FLASH 32MB Octal PSRAM.

And if DevKits for any of those exist, is there any way I can custom request one, whether it's from Espressif or some other company?

I know can contact one of many PCB manufacturers with a PCB Assembly option for this, but between the time and effort it'll take to design the board, contact manufactures, and the cost of the components as well as shipping, I'd only be saving a couple dollars off of what those DevKits would usually cost, so it's really not worth it and I'd much rather a better alternative.
