Is there a development board for the ESP32 which features the JTAG 2x10 connector? I am using the Segger J-Link currently with OpenOCD.

To note, semi-humorously, I did browse through the listing on esp32.net, and did not find anything...!

I don't think so. You can either have a devboard with the JTAG pins as normal pins and use some DuPont wires to hook them up to your debugger, or grab a board with integrated JTAG dongle, for example the ESP-WROVER-KIT board.

I would skip segger, and use the wrover dev board.
J-Link is painfully slow and crashy.
