Flash ESP32-WROOM-32D via UART and ESP 32 Download Tool

Hello,
I built a small PCB with an ESP32-WROOM-32D and wanted to flash it with ESP32 Download Tool 3.9.2 via an USB to UART Adapter.
The Flash was succesful before with a D1 mini development board. Now i wanted to make a as small as possible PCB without the unnecessary parts.
When I press "START" in the Download Tool nothing happens.Also, nothing is shown in the "detected info" window. I press the "BOOT" Button to connect IO0 to GND while trying to flash. This is my schematic:
Do I need to add anything to get flashing to work?
