Programmer is not responding

Hello,

I had been programming ESP32, I had problems with connecting to the device, which I had solved by putting a capacitor between EN and GND pins. Everything had worked for month or something but today, when I tried to load new code for my long-term graduation project to test, the same problam had poped up.

At first I thought it might be because of the bad connection or something, so I unplugged esp and tried loading the code while holding "boot" button while the board connects. Nothing.
So I tried updating my usb drivers, using another PC, changed about 3 usb cables.. nothing.

Last thing I tried was fleshing the board. Same result.
I am buying a new board. But I would be really happy if there was anyone, who could tell me what could have happend and how to prevent that from happening with my new board.
