sleep current of ESP32-C3-MINI-1 and ESP32-C3-WROOM-02

I am planning to choose between C3 mini and C3-Wroom. The main concern for me is the sleep current. I have confusion in the specifications

I am planning to mount the C3 mini-board or the C3-wroom board on my PCB.
can I really take the sleep current as 5 uA, when the product is in deep sleep? Does this include the flash memory current as well as in the case of Wroom-02 (has external flash memory?
