Not exactly... if you need 1-bit, you may be able to fake something using the normal (non-camera) I2S mode. I use external 32.768KHz crystal as rtc clock.It's Cl is 9pf and Rl is 35Kohm.
Most of ESP32 take 2-3s to work,but some ESP32 32.768Khz don't work.

What's crystal parameters?

Solved it!
It's in RTCIO_DIG_PAD_HOLD_REG,but it's only set to hold 0.

I set it to 0,GPIO21 hold it's level,and RTC GPIOs were also holded.
So I can't wakeup ESP32 from deep-sleep.
