Since 4x4 matrix need simple 4 GPIOs as outputs and 4 other GPIOs as input, there is no need for complex library.

Simply change "WiFiServer _wifiServer;" to "WiFiServer _wifiServer(8080);" for example ...

The problem is probably related to the fact that your strings are to small to have their respective NULL ending characters, so memory get corrupted ...char Fecha[10];
char Hora[5];
Make them bigger than the length you expect, like :
