I tried reinstalling the board but it says COM 3 not found, I have also tried many USB cables. My guess is the ESP32 USB to UART is damaged?/

My esp 32 can't seem to be found at the com port section at device manager, sunday it was working and now my laptop can't recognize it I've tried different USB cables with data transferring and to other laptops with installed drivers. What I am only thinking right now is to factory reset this esp32 ...
