Redownloaded newest idf and mysys2. now they work. Thank you

Downloaded the mysys2 for windows msys2-i686-20161025.exe ran the file. Builds the directories and copies the files as expected. When I try to execute mingw32.exe it puts up a window with a message about Error: Could not fork child process: Resource temporarily unavailable (-1). DLL rebasing may be ...
