Any updates on this or if the information is in the reference manual?

In the file "espressif/esp32-camera/target/esp32s3/ll_cam.c" can anyone explain how the registers in "soc/lcd_cam_reg.h" are actually accessed? Is there a header file that goes with this or is this the complete code?
