It's the length of (MHR + MAC Payload + FCS).

OpenThread 协议栈本身始终是从源码编译的，这里 `Build esp_openthread libraries from source` 是指用 libopenthread_port.a / libopenthread_br.a 还是从内部源码编译。OPENTHREAD_SPINEL_CONFIG_RCP_RESTORATION_MAX_COUNT 是 OpenThread 协议栈的配置，所以修改后直接编译就可以了。 ESP32+RCP 会继续支持，是 ot_br 而不是 ot_cli, 参考这个链接：https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/tree...
