Yes, I agree with abansal22. Usually, the issue is that all software needs to be installed as admin. And that applies not only to Eclipse, but also to Work time, Skype, Ms Office... even the most basic tools.

433 Mhz is simple enough and there seem to be quite a lot of arduino projects to learn from.
