Is it possible to have a prebuilt bin file for esp32-wroom32 (4mb flash)?

On my ESP32 I get only this if I connect pin23 to 3v rst:0x10 (RTCWDT_RTC_RESET),boot:0x33 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT) flash read err, 1000 ets_main.c 371 ets Jun 8 2016 00:22:57 and hitting enter does nothing. my esp32 looks like this one: https://c.76.my/Malaysia/espressif-systems-iot-esp32-wifi-bluetoo...
