Re: ESP-IDF vs ESP-MDF
I second that comment, "would be nice to have an official response" and/or build-tip for sample mesh application.

ESP32 Mesh application
For an ESP32-based Mesh application (devkit-C or M5stack-gray or ?) it appears that one should use the MDF? Which SDK is recommended? Can the MDF be installed inside an Arduino SDK? Is Linux preferred over Windows or ar ethe tools/SDK identical and equal in function in either? Appreciate the insight...

Re: Packet forwarding (Broadcast)
@WiFive, Seems like you've been swimming in these water...wonder if you might give me a bit of your experience: I'm looking at creating a 10-20 node cluster of ESP32-based devices in a Mesh topology. Considering the devKit-C and/or the M5Stack (an ESP32-based platform with some peripherals). The int...

Re: Esp32 MESH network
@nicola, Wondered how your project is going and what platform you've chosen. I'm "following in your footsteps" looking at the devKit-C as well as the M5Stack (due to it's well integrated-in-a-box platform). Appreciate any insights you might have to save me from stumbling down a bad road! Thanks, Mike

Re: ESP-IDF vs ESP-MDF
@Gardin, Have you learned anything since this posting? I am wondering the same thing as I consider an ESP32-based Mesh application. Out of curiosity which platform have you chosen to use for your Mesh eval? I'm looking at the devKit-C as well as the M5Stack (a well integrated ESP32-based platform - ...
