In current SDK version seems that peripherals are equal to esp8266. There is no hardware i2c/spi bus and no BT support.

Current version of SDK for ESP32 does not suppurt bluetooth yet.

I think it is probably related to some tollerances of the oscillator components (quartz, capacitors) that leads to some instability but would be good to get a feedback from espressif. According to specifications, temperature sensor work from -40 to +125. Return value of temperature_sensor_read function is unsigned.
